There are different ways for players to contact Support. This article shares in detail how you can make a Support Ticket.
Contact Support In-Game
- Launch the game
- Tap on the "Cogwheel" Icon (⚙️) in the lower-right part of your screen (when viewing your Base).
- Tap the "Help" Button. This will then bring up the Help Section.
- Tap the Blue pencil-and-paper icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, which will bring you to your ticket list.
- Tap the same icon again in the upper-right corner of the screen to Create a New Support Ticket.
Contact Support from the Mobile Website
You can also contact Support by clicking on the 'Speech Bubble' icon in the bottom-right corner of the following page: https://pocketgems-support.helpshift.com/hc/en/
- Tap the "Speech Bubble" Icon (💬) in the bottom-right corner the website.
- Select your problem from the dropdown list or enter your message manually.
