If you linked your previous game to email address, Apple ID, or Facebook account, you can restore your previous game progress by logging in:
- Tap on Settings > Account > Switch Account
- Select the same login method you used when you linked your previous game.
- If you have forgotten your password, go back to the Account menu, tap Forgot Pasword and follow the prompts.
If you did not complete the Link Account process on your previous game, unfortunately, you will not be able to log in and restore your progress. Please see the article on lost progress, or contact support for further assistance.
