If you have not received castmate gifts as part of your Daily gifts from the Home screen in more than 24 hours, please check your Weekly Tasks section and activities in the Publicist Office.

Some players may see castmate gifts added as a new reward in Weekly Tasks, along with the Collab activity in the Publicist office where you can level up your relationships with castmates. If you are seeing these features in your game, then it expected that castmate gifts are not included in your daily gifts at Home.
