Some scenes or events have specific tag requirements when building your look.

If you can't see the tags available on items in your closet, it is possible that you don't have any outfits or accessories with this tag available yet. Try redeeming more gift cards to gain the items you need!

Note that outfits and accessories in your brand collection inventory will only show the tags that they start with. Each item has a few additional tags that are hidden until you can unlock them during events where those tags are required. This means that the tag you are looking for could be available on some items in the collection that you haven't pulled yet, even if they do not display that tag on the collection screen.

Additionally, you may only see one available tag upgrade at a time on each item. This means that if an item has multiple tags that match the tag requirements, you might not see the tag you are looking for show until after you unlock the first tag on that same item using cash currency.
