There recently was a known technical issue that caused Free Passes to be unable to refill if an advertisement video was watched to reduce the refill timer to 0:00:00. This issue has now been repaired. Please make sure your app is fully up to date. If you are on the most recent app update and are still experiencing this issue, please submit a support ticket.
