This can occur if your app has not refreshed. Please try fully closing and re-opening your app. 

For IOS devices:

  1. Double-click the Home button.
  2. Swipe left or right until you have located the Episode app you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app up to close it.
  4. Then relaunch the game.

For Android devices:

  1. Go to "Settings" on your device
  2. Tap "Applications"
  3. Tap "Episode"
  4. Tap "Force close"
