As part of an Apple initiative, we have released the ability for players to permanently delete their account within the iOS version of Episode (this feature is not currently available for Android players) Please note that if you are looking for a GDPR or another privacy related account deletion, you will still need to contact our Support Team using the link below.

If you choose to use this feature, you will be deleting:

  • Any progress on your Episode account
  • Any of stories you’ve created
  • Your login information and/or app profile

When using this feature, you will start Episode over as a brand new player and have to go through the same steps to unlock the full catalog that you had completed when first downloading the game.

 

Please note that using this feature will result in the loss of:

  • Any stories that you have started or Favorited.
  • Any gem choices made. 
  • Any leftover gems and passes.

 

How to Delete an Account

Open the Episode app and head over to the Settings menu. Scroll down to the Account section and tap on "Permanently Delete Your Account". You will be prompted with a confirmation screen asking you to acknowledge that you wish to delete your account and understand what comes with that. If you are sure, go ahead and click on “Delete Confirm” to proceed.

 

If you are looking for a GDPR or another privacy related account deletion, you will still need to contact our Support Team using the link below. Please note that a permanent deletion through GDPR will also premanently restrict the app from being accessible on your device.
