Dragon Lords! The Atlas Wyrmrot Season ended on Wednesday, March 11 at 2:00 PM PT.

The Atlas Valgard Season has arrived the following day - Thursday, March 12, around 9 AM PT. As always, teamwork is of utmost importance, so gather the troops and set the skies for battle!

Note: The Valgard season continues to bring in new blood and new competition, as Teams that reached leagues Gold 1 and above prior to the beginning of the Atlas Valgard season will now be able to access Atlas!

ATLAS SEASON MAINTENANCE

On Thursday, March 12, Atlas maintenance shields were enabled in order to prepare for the Atlas Valgard Season launch.

EARN MORE MYTHIC TIER GEAR

More Mythic Gear is coming with the Atlas Valgard Season! Individual Mythic Gear pieces will need to be leveled up to level 10 to get the full Attack and HP benefits. Remember, that Mythic Gear is exclusive to Atlas Seasons.
Offensive Rider Gear Branches will have 4 pieces of Elite Gear in each branch building up to the Mythic Branch.

• The first branch will contain Gauntlets, Boots, a Ring, and a Weapon.
• The second branch will contain a Chest Piece, Helm, Pants, and a Shield.
• Mythic branch will contain Chest Piece, Helm, Pants, and a Shield.
• Players will be able to choose the elements of each piece in the branch.
• Players will also have the option to choose 500K crafting shards instead of any piece of Elite Gear.

Defensive Rider Gear Branches will have 4 pieces of Elite Gear in each branch building up to the Mythic Branch.

Primarch Stat Buffs can be unlocked to grant your Primarchs up to +25% Attack and Defense ratings until the end of the current Atlas Season. These apply across all the Primarch tiers for each class of Primarch. These will remain unchanged from previous seasons.

EXOTIC GEAR IS BACK

This season we’ll be bringing back all 8 pieces of Exotic Gear from the previous seasons again! They will be split across two branches and gated in the same way as the Wyrmrot Season. 

Exotic Gear 1 branch 

• Unlocks after completing the two Elite Offensive gear gear branches and the Mythic Offensive gear branch
  Contains four Exotic Gear pieces
  • Offensive Gloves of the Sorcerer grant a bonus 20% attack speed at max level. This buff applies only to sorcerers. The gloves also grant bonus dragon attack power that applies to any dragon.
  • Offensive Gloves of the Hunter grant a bonus 20% to ammo regeneration rate at max level. This buff applies only to hunters. The gloves also grant bonus dragon attack power that applies to any dragon.
  • Offensive Gloves of the Warrior grants Warrior projectile speed +20% at max level. The gloves also grant bonus dragon attack power that applies to any dragon.
  • Offensive Helm of Invigoration grants 2% chance to reset spell cooldowns when a tower is destroyed at max level. The gloves also grant bonus dragon attack power that applies to any dragon.

Exotic Gear 2 branch 

• Unlocks after completing the two Elite Defensive gear gear branches and the Mythic Defensive gear branch
  Contains four Exotic Gear pieces
  • Offensive Sword of Healing that provides health to the dragon whenever a tower is destroyed (2% per tower at max level)
  • Offensive Shield of Rage that grants rage to the dragon whenever a tower is destroyed (.1 rage bar per tower at max level)
  • Offensive Ring of Mortal Wounds that reduces healing on towers hit by the dragon’s basic attack by 20% at max level
  • Defensive Helm of Defense that grants 2 extra supershots when actively defending a base

NOTE: As always, Exotic Gear also provides the base stat bonuses of mythic tier gear.

ATLAS RIDER BRANCH

The Atlas Rider Branch must be completed to open the new Atlas Champion Rider branch. We have added selectable prizes at all blue shard nodes. Players that already have this season’s Atlas Champion Rider and a sufficient stockpile of blue rider shards can now choose gold packs instead of blue shards.

ATLAS CHAMPION RIDERS - AMALIA & ARCHELUS

The Altas Valgard season will now feature two new Atlas Champion Rider Branch and two existing riders with upgraded Champion Rider levels. Amalia & Archelus are Valgard season’s Atlas Champion Riders.

• Champion Rider Branch is unlocked by completing the Atlas Rider Branch, which provides Altas Champion Rider Shards
• Amalia & Archelus are the Atlas Champion Riders
  • Both Amalia and Archelus were first released in 2020
  • Amalia Rider Shards are available as an alternate prize in the Atlas Rider Branch for those who do not have Amalia yet, and Archelus Rider Shards are also available in the another Atlas Champion Rider branch
  • Amalia and Archelus Rider shards are only available in the Atlas Rider Branch during the Valgard season
• Completing the Champion Rider Branch provides enough Atlas Champion Rider shards to advance both Amalia and Archelus to their new maximum level (70).

• You can claim Skarn Tier 1 portrait in any of the standard branches: Elite Gear, Rider, or Primarch Buffs.
• You can claim Skarn Tier 2, Tier 3, and animated portrait in either of the Mythic Gear branches

CASTLE LEADERBOARD & EVENTS LEADERBOARD

No updates to share other than the usual castle leaderboard scoring and events leaderboard prizing. The updates to castle scoring including the new victory points system that the Lost Islands have added will continue to apply as they have the last couple seasons.

For reference, here are the rewards:

Castle Ranking - Earn points for your team based on the amount of castle your team has up to a certain limit. Each conquer done on the castle removes 10% of the total points it will provide the team. Every 2 weeks, a round ends and every castle owner is given the points then resets it back to the original points.

Season Event Ranking - Earn points for your team based on your event progression. Only the top 40 members will have their contribution counted. This means that if all 40 members was able to claim Prize Tier 35 from the on-going event, the team will earn 1400 points.
