If you are seeing that your team quest shows 0 in the progress bar, it is likely that you haven't viewed your event page for the day.

Before the event page is opened, the team quest will be in "Loading..." status which means that no matter what kind of action you do, it will not progress towards your team quest since it hasn't assigned you anything yet.

Please view the event page once a day and confirm the quest before doing any action.
