If a payment has been deferred, you will be notified by email with the reason for the deferral.
Payments can be deferred for a variety of reasons.
- Last payment failed: Your previous payment was rejected and you have not updated your payment information since then. Please update your payment information.
- No PM: You did not select a valid payment method in the payment information tab. Please update your payment information.
- Hold: Your payments are on hold because you have selected ‘Hold my payments’ as a payment method. If you want to receive payments for your earnings please choose a different payment method and wait for the next payment cycle.
- Below payer threshold: Your ‘Current balance’ is below the minimum threshold of your chosen payment method or country. Please wait until your earnings reach the threshold or select a different payment method.
- Below own threshold: Your ‘Current balance’ is below the threshold you have defined for your chosen payment method. Please modify that threshold, or wait until your earnings reach it, or select a different payment method.
- Address: Your current address is incorrect. Please update your address in the payment information tab.
- Tax: Your current Tax form wasn’t successfully submitted. Please update it in the payment information tab.
- Tax number was not entered: Your Tax number is missing from your payment information. Please update it in the payment information tab.
- VAT number was not entered: Your VAT number is missing from your payment information. Please update it in the payment information tab.
- Payee blocked: Your account has been blocked. Please contact our support team for more information
- Payee suspended: Your account has been suspended. Please contact our support team for more information
- Payee account is closed: Your account has been closed. Please contact our support team for more information
If a payment is deferred, your earnings will accumulate on your ‘Current balance’ until we are able to pay you.
