Our payment provider, Tipalti, will collect your payment and tax information.  Tipalti will use that information for purposes of administering the program, risk management and other business purposes, in each case as described in Tipalti’s terms of service (available at http://www.tipalti.com/terms-of-use/) and privacy policy (available at http://www.tipalti.com/privacy/). 

Episode Interactive will also collect basic information like your first name and last name, as well as your signup email address.  Tipalti may share certain payment and tax information with us, which we may use to operate and administer the program, for our recording-keeping and other business purposes.
