Here are some basic browser troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue:

  1. Clear your web browsers cache, history and browsing data. You can learn more at this link
  2. Turn off or disable your browser extensions.
  3. Try using a different web browser. The Writer's Portal works best on Google Chrome, but is also accessible on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.
  4. Try to sign out completely, fully close your browser, reopen it, and sign back in.
  5. Try using a different laptop or desktop computer. While you can access the Portal on a mobile device, please be advised that the Writer's Portal is not optimized for mobile devices and tablets. Accessing the portal from a mobile browser on a mobile device may experience unexpected issues with the previewer and other features.
