This error message means that the Writer's Portal is unable to understand your story code (aka: donacode). 

This error message can mean anything from small errors, such as a single letter typos, to large errors where whole blocks of code are syntactically incorrect and unable to be processed by the portal system.

You will need to carefully review your code to locate the error and correct it.
