If a payment has been rejected, you will also be notified by email. Payments will be rejected if our transaction was initiated but failed. Transactions fail when payment information is invalid. Please update your payment information immediately. If a payment is rejected after being initiated, you may see the amount deducted from your current balance (upon issuance of payment) and then re-credited to your ‘Current balance’ once we’ve been notified that the payment did not go through.
In some rare cases, the amount re-credited might be lower than the original amount. This is due to your Bank fees, please check with your Bank for more details.
